Job Summary:
We are looking for an Admin to support daily office operations, assist with documentation, and help in the hiring process to ensure smooth workflow across the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle calls, emails, and daily office communication.Maintain employee files, records, and documentation.
2. Assist in the hiring process (collecting CVs, shortlisting, scheduling interviews).
3. Support HR and operations with attendance, reports, and basic coordination tasks.
4. Prepare letters, quotations, and general office documents.
5.Coordinate with staff for updates and follow-ups.
6. Arrange office supplies, accommodation, and transportation when required.
7. Assist management with general administrative duties.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years experience in admin/HR/coordination preferred.
Good communication in English & Hindi.
Strong organization and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
