We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in real estate, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales performance and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team
• Oversee lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
• Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of real estate sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities in Real Estate
