Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Truck Dispatcher Representative (USA) to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in truck dispatching and a strong understanding of the US trucking industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Truck Dispatcher in the US trucking market.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage drivers, loads, and brokers efficiently.
• Familiarity with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, and related dispatching tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities:

• Find and book profitable loads for drivers.
• Coordinate with brokers and customers.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates.
• Manage driver schedules and route planning.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth freight movement.
