Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Merchant for our textile factory. The candidate will manage buyer communication, order processing, production coordination, costing, and shipment follow-up to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle communication with local and international buyers
• Manage orders from sampling to final shipment
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and procurement departments
• Prepare costing sheets and production plans
• Follow up on fabric, accessories, and raw material availability
• Ensure timely delivery of orders according to buyer requirements
• Maintain order records, reports, and documentation
• Resolve production or shipment-related issues professionally
• Monitor quality standards and production timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in textile merchandising
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of textile production and garment processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and email communication
