We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trademark Sales Executive to join our Team.
Trademark (TM) Sales Team, serving a primarily US-based clientele. The ideal candidate will
possess proven experience in international trademark sales, strong communication and
negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle while consistently achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and engage potential international clients interested in trademark
registration and related services.
Generate leads through various platforms and channels, including social media and
outbound prospecting.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to support sales objectives.
Conduct consultations, present trademark solutions, and close sales deals efficiently.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing
relationships.
Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing time during
night shifts.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in international trademark sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of trademark law, USPTO procedures, and related sales processes.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced
environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
