Urgent Need Trademark Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trademark Sales Executive to join our Team.

Trademark (TM) Sales Team, serving a primarily US-based clientele. The ideal candidate will

possess proven experience in international trademark sales, strong communication and

negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle while consistently achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities

 Identify, qualify, and engage potential international clients interested in trademark

registration and related services.

 Generate leads through various platforms and channels, including social media and

outbound prospecting.

 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to support sales objectives.

 Conduct consultations, present trademark solutions, and close sales deals efficiently.

 Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

 Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing

relationships.

 Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversion rates.

 Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing time during

night shifts.

 Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Experience & Qualifications:

 Minimum 1+ year of experience in international trademark sales.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Strong understanding of trademark law, USPTO procedures, and related sales processes.

 Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

 Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced

environment.

 Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
