URGENT REQUIREMENT – CIVIL LEAD ENGINEER (OIL & GAS PROJECTS)

Role Overview

We are urgently hiring an experienced Civil Lead Engineer to manage the civil and structural engineering scope for large-scale Oil & Gas projects (onshore/offshore). The role involves leading design, coordination, and site execution, ensuring adherence to international standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise civil & structural works: foundations, pipe racks, supports, buildings, and underground utilities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation).
• Ensure compliance with ACI, AISC, IS, BS, Eurocode, Shell DEP, Aramco, and ADNOC standards.
• Review soil investigation reports, grading plans, drainage, and site development layouts.
• Provide site execution support, resolve technical queries, and ensure work quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and drafters for timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• (3-Year Civil Diploma with relevant experience may also apply)
• Experience: 10–20 years in Civil/Structural Engineering for Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical projects

• Mandatory: Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Software Skills: STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla
