Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher (Montessori) to join our established early childhood education center in Hyderabad. This role is central to fostering the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of young learners in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) guidelines. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Montessori principles, a nurturing approach, and a commitment to creating a stimulating, child-centered learning environment. The teacher will play a vital role in shaping foundational skills and instilling a lifelong love for learning in preschoolers.


Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate, Montessori-based instruction aligned with NEP guidelines.
  
• Design and implement engaging, hands-on learning activities that support holistic development.
  
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages independence and curiosity.
  
• Monitor and document each child’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and staff.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain curriculum standards and support school-wide initiatives.
  
• Maintain classroom organization and ensure proper use of Montessori materials and resources.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents to support their child’s development and engagement.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in preschool or Montessori teaching (preferred).
  
• MTTC certification required.
  
• Female candidates only.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient demeanour.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a structured educational setting.
  
• Proficiency in basic digital tools for record-keeping and communication.
  
  

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
  
• Shared accommodation provided.
  
  

Working Details

• School timings: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
  
• Immediate joining required.
  
• Open to both local and outstation candidates.
