- Accurately receive incoming materials, tools, and equipment, verifying their quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes. Report any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Organize and Store Inventory: Arrange and store all items in designated locations within the storage facility or site, ensuring proper labeling, accessibility, and preservation to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain Accurate Inventory Records: Manage and update inventory control systems (manual logs or software/ERP systems) to ensure accurate, real-time records of all stock movement, balances, and locations.
- Issue Materials: Issue materials and tools to authorized site personnel and teams only against approved requisitions or material lists, ensuring accurate documentation of all withdrawals.
