Caregiver – West Chester, PA (Immediate Openings)

We are urgently hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers in West Chester, PA to provide high-quality care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in home and assisted living settings.

If you are reliable, caring, and experienced with hands-on personal care, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers (Hoyer lift experience a plus)
• Provide companionship and memory care support (dementia/Alzheimer’s)
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Monitor client condition and document care
• Follow care plans and HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

• Experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing homes preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
• Medication administration experience preferred
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely
• Strong communication and reliability
