Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.We are looking for a Junior Executive / Executive – HR with at least 3 years of experience in any corporate office environment.

The ideal candidate will support the HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, and general HR coordination activities. This role requires strong communication, coordination, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to daily HR functions.

Key Skills:- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with employees and stakeholders.- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.- Good multitasking ability with strong attention to detail and organization.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding- Support end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.- Maintain candidate tracking and communication with prospective hires.- Assist in conducting orientation and documentation for new joiners.- HR Administration & Coordination- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases.- Assist with leave, attendance tracking, and employee records updates.- Provide administrative support for payroll coordination and HR reporting.- Employee Relations & Engagement- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.- Help coordinate internal communications, team events, and employee engagement initiatives.- Promote a positive workplace culture with professionalism and responsiveness.- Policy Support & Compliance- Assist with HR policy communication and implementation.- Support basic compliance tasks and adherence to company guidelines.- Reporting & MIS- Prepare weekly/monthly HR MIS reports and support HR analytics as required.- Update HR dashboards and assist with data accuracy.
