Job Summary:-

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across IT, Healthcare, and Corporate Non-IT roles. The position primarily focuses on sourcing and coordinating candidates for technical and non-technical requirements, with campus recruitment support as an additional responsibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR preferred)

* 1–3 years of experience in recruitment both IT & Non-IT

* Basic understanding of IT, Healthcare, and Corporate Non-IT recruitment

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

* Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

Preferred Skills:-

* Exposure to IT technical hiring

* Experience in bulk hiring or sales/healthcare recruitment

* Ability to work under tight timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
