Urgently hiring - Site Foreman (Site Engineer)

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Foreman to supervise construction activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the site. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers, coordinating with engineers/contractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on site.
• Allocate tasks to site workers and ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety among site staff and labor.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and share with management.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment as required.
• Assist in resolving site-related issues and challenges.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Civil/Construction (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and work instructions.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
