Urgently Hiring: Spanish-Speaking Caregiver (HHA)

Requirements:

• Elderly client needs a bilingual caregiver (Spanish/English) for communication.
• Home Health Aide or caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Able to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and follow care plans.Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote clients' well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, prepare meals, and assist with grocery shopping.
• Support clients with mobility needs, such as walking, transfers, and guided exercise routines.
• Monitor clients' health by checking vital signs and promptly reporting any changes to supervisors.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with errands as necessary.
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document services provided.
• Help maintain a safe and clean living environment by adhering to care standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the Hayer Homecare team to ensure quality care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
