US Company Formation Specialist

Job Overview: USA Company formation Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our accounts department. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in US company formation, compliance, and financial management. This role requires strong knowledge of US financial regulations, documentation, and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle US company formation (LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp, etc.)

Manage EIN applications, state registrations, and compliance filings

Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping

Prepare and review financial statements

Handle accounts payable & receivable

Assist in tax filings and coordinate with tax consultants

Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations

Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions

Support audits and financial reporting processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proven experience in US company formation and compliance

Strong knowledge of US accounting standards (GAAP)

Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)

Good understanding of US tax system

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with US-based clients or companies

Knowledge of state-wise company registration processes

CPA or relevant certification (preferred but not mandatory)
