US Dispatch Executive

About Us: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations for our US-based logistics (3PL) business. The role involves coordinating with drivers, tracking shipments, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries, and maintaining strong communication with brokers, carriers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across the US
• Monitor driver routes, hours of service (HOS), and compliance
• Track shipments using TMS, GPS, and load boards
• Communicate regularly with drivers regarding load details, delays, and route changes
• Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and receivers to ensure smooth operations
• Handle check calls, ETA updates, POD collection, and detention issues
• Resolve operational issues such as breakdowns, delays, and re-routing
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and update TMS in real time
• Ensure cost-effective routing and maximize truck utilization
• Support billing and documentation by sharing load confirmations and PODs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in US trucking / logistics / 3PL dispatch operations
• Strong knowledge of dry van, reefer, or flatbed operations
• Familiarity with US geography, time zones, and routes
• Understanding of DOT regulations, HOS, ELDs
• Proficiency in TMS, GPS tracking systems, and load boards
• Excellent communication skills (English – verbal & written)
• Ability to work in US night shifts
• Comfortable for 6 days working
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with US brokers and carriers
• Knowledge of freight billing, detention, and accessorial charges

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
