We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Engagement Leader to lead new opportunities, expand partnerships, and shape the future of our US Domestic business. Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in defense business capture, preferably with Uncrewed Air Systems business development experience. You excel at building and expanding relationships with key industry and government influencers, and take a proactive, innovative approach to driving growth. This role partners closely across programs and functions and is committed to collaboration and customer success. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution—diving into the details with your teams while keeping a sharp focus on where the industry and our customers are headed next.
Responsibilities include:
Drive the creation, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the engagement strategy and business development efforts for Insitu’s growth efforts with the US Domestic regioRequired Skills, Experience & Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience as a business development director, manager, senior-level specialist, with a track record of successful business capture OR;Education & Experience
10-14 years’ related experience in the aerospace or defense industry with a bachelor’s degree or 8-12 years related experience with a master’s degree OR;Travel Requirement
This position requires domestic and international travel up to 40% of the time
