Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end onboarding for US employees, ensuring compliance with US HR processes and
documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
US onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
I-9 & E-Verify processing and follow-ups, coordinating background verification checks,
Employee record maintenance according to ISO 270001 standards for audit purposes
Familiar with state and federal labor laws and compliance requirements.
Coordinate for H1B / PERM process.
- Tier-1 payroll and benefits management and support.
Point of contact for all HR queries.
Requirements:- 2–3 years of US HR end to end onboarding and offboarding experience
Strong knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, and compliance requirements
Must be detail oriented, organized and must have good communication skills
- Ability to work US shift timings
Good to Have:
US payroll experience in an IT Services company, HRIS tools, basic immigration support (H-1B/PERM).
