Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in US IT bench sales or recruitment, with a strong track record of placing OPT candidates.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate candidate value propositions and negotiate effectively with clients and vendors.
• Established relationships with prime vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners in the US IT staffing industry.
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end bench sales process, including sourcing, submission, negotiation, and placement.
• Strong knowledge of US work visa types, particularly OPT, H1B, CPT, GC, and USC, with experience navigating immigration policies and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience using job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing and candidate management.
