US IT Recruiter

Position : US IT Recruiter
Location : Chennai

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Arts, Human Resource, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment with a focus on the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology preferred.
• Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales roles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary logistical support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress and facilitate communication.
• Assist in negotiating offers, managing candidate expectations, and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
