Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology and non-technology roles. The ideal candidate will identify, attract, and secure top IT talent through proactive sourcing, screening, and relationship-building. We prefer candidates who work with direct client requirements and past top 20 implementation partners( Infosys, HCL , Wipro etc) experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and business needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of qualified candidates in the ATS/CRM.
- Stay updated on emerging tech trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights.
- Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
- 5 years plus of experience in IT or technical recruiting (top staffing companies, HCL, Wipro, TCS and Infosys etc) )
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.).
- Proven experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, or GitHub.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities efficiently.
- Top IT Implementation Partners Recruiting Experience is preferred
- Working with Direct Client requirements are strongly preferred
- 3 plus years of VMS – Fieldglass experience is preferred
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience recruiting for niche technologies or senior-level positions.
- Knowledge of ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, Ceipal).
- Familiarity with U.S. hiring practices and work authorization (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Technical background or IT certifications a plus.
