US Real Estate Contract Analyst

Level3 BOS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Contract Analyst to review, analyze, and interpret real estate contracts related to the US market. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with legal and financial documents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze US real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and addendums

Identify discrepancies, risks, and missing information within contracts

Ensure compliance with US real estate laws, regulations, and company policies

Extract key data points and summarize contract terms for internal stakeholders

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve contract-related issues

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all analyzed contracts

Provide insights and recommendations based on contract analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field

1–3 years of experience in contract analysis, real estate, or a similar role (US market experience preferred)

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) – mandatory

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with US real estate terminology and documentation

Experience working with CRM or contract management systems

Background in legal or compliance-related roles
