Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple roles across the US market
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
• Utilize sales and persuasion skills to attract and convert top talent
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Meet hiring targets and deadlines in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipelines, and recruitment reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of US recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
• Proven track record in high-volume hiring
• Sales or business development experience preferred
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience using Indeed and other sourcing tools
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and join immediately
