US Recruiter Lead

Company: Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd Are you a people-driven leader with a passion for recruitment and deep experience in the US market?Level3 BOS is looking for a Recruitment Lead who can lead, inspire, and build a strong team of recruiters focused on non-technical roles — including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals for US-based positions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored for the US market.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Monitor team performance through metrics and optimize hiring processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment, including 3+ years in a team management role.
• Proven track record in US hiring, especially for non-technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working night shift (8PM – 5 AM) to align with US hours.
