We are seeking accomplished Senior Recruiters with extensive experience in U.S. recruitment, including a strong background in sourcing and hiring high-performing sales professionals as well as other corporate roles. This role requires a proven history of leading U.S.-based hiring initiatives and managing teams of recruiters dedicated to the U.S. market, along with end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle.
In this position, you will partner closely with business leaders and department heads to support current and future workforce requirements, with a particular focus on building and scaling high-impact U.S. sales teams. You will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, and performance-managing U.S.-focused recruiting teams while implementing best practices to enhance recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute recruitment strategies focused on U.S.-based sales and corporate hiring.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for U.S. roles, ensuring timely, high-quality placements across sales and non-sales functions.
- Manage, guide, and develop a team of recruiters handling U.S.-based hiring, ensuring consistency and performance against hiring targets.
- Build and maintain strong U.S. talent pipelines through ATS databases, referrals, professional networks, and digital sourcing platforms.
- Develop targeted job descriptions and recruitment campaigns aligned with U.S. market standards to attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct and oversee structured, competency-based, and sales-focused interviews, including role-play assessments where required.
- Partner with U.S.-based hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align recruitment plans with business growth objectives.
- Provide leadership-level insights on U.S. talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Track recruitment KPIs and team performance metrics to drive continuous process improvement and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in U.S. recruitment, with mandatory experience leading U.S.-based hiring initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team of recruiters focused on U.S. hiring.
- Strong expertise in recruiting sales professionals across entry-level to senior leadership roles.
- Advanced interviewing and assessment skills, including behavioral, competency-based, and sales role-play interviews.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end selection processes, including screenings, reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, candidate management systems, and HR databases.
- Excellent English communication skills with strong stakeholder and leadership presence.
