US Recruiter - Night Shift

We are looking for skilled Recruiters with solid, hands-on experience in U.S. hiring. Candidates must be proficient in managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and attracting talent to interviewing and selecting top professionals.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with department leaders to support current and future staffing needs, utilizing a variety of channels—including social media and employee referrals—to identify and engage qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements across appropriate platforms.
• Source, identify, and engage candidates through databases, social networks, and other sourcing tools.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments using a range of proven recruitment techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to finalize candidate selections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job openings and hiring progress across multiple locations.
• Provide consistent and timely updates to U.S.-based hiring managers and senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in U.S. recruitment (either in-house or agency).
• Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to conduct various interview formats (structured, competency-based, stress interviews, etc.).
• Practical experience with selection processes, including phone screenings and reference checks.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as ATS and CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
