About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated US Recruitment BD Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in US healthcare recruitment, with additional exposure to US IT, staffing, and BPO recruitment. You will be responsible for driving business development, building client relationships, and delivering top talent solutions across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the US market across healthcare, IT, staffing, and BPO sectors.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely placement of candidates.
• Stay updated on US market trends and industry developments to provide strategic insights to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment; additional experience in US IT, staffing, and BPO recruitment is a plus.
• Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of US recruitment regulations and processes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
