Role Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to support our US client pipeline.
This is not a full-cycle closing role — your focus will be on discovering leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for senior sales closers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential US clients.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with senior account executives to hand over qualified leads.
- Achieve weekly pipeline and prospecting targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 55,000 / month
- Commission: Uncapped, paid on qualified leads converted by senior sales team

Shift Options:
- Slot A: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
- Slot B: 08:00 PM – 04:00 AM

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (neutral or American accent)
- Strong communication skills and coachable mindset
- 0–2 years sales / business development experience (fresh candidates welcome)
- Karachi-based and able to commute on-site
