US Sales Representative / Recruitment Services

REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!

We are expanding our Sales Department and hiring a professional who can work and sell our recruitment services to employers in the United States.

This role is focused on outbound sales. You will be responsible for finding potential employer leads, making cold calls, speaking with decision-makers, and closing agreements for our recruitment services.

Work schedule is aligned with US business hours. You must be available to work EST time.

What you will do:
You will research and gather leads of US-based employers
You will make outbound cold calls to potential employers
You will introduce and explain our recruitment services
You will handle objections and negotiate terms
You will close deals and secure signed agreements
You will update basic sales tracking after calls

What we are looking for:
Excellent English communication skills with a minimal accent
Strong confidence on the phone and ability to sell
Proven B2B sales experience
Previous experience with cold calling or phone sales
Experience working with the US market is strongly preferred
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
Ability to start immediately
