Key Responsibilities

• Business Formation: Assist clients with US entity registration (LLCs, C-Corps) across various states.
• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation using software like QuickBooks or Xero.
• Tax Preparation: Support the filing of individual (1040) and business tax returns (1065, 1120, 1120-S).
• Compliance: Ensure all filings meet federal and state-specific regulatory requirements.
• Client Communication: Provide timely updates to US-based clients regarding their financial status.

Shift Details & Location

• Timing: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Environment: Professional office setting with a focus on collaborative learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in US accounting and taxation (or) similar roles
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CA Inter, ICMA, MBA).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and modern accounting software.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills are essential for interacting with US clients.
• Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with a hunger for rapid career progression.
