Karachi (In‑Person) – US Hours Sales

OVERVIEW (No BS):

  • Looking for real closers.
  • Not appointment setting.
  • This is full sales cycle work — find the business, have the conversation, close the deal.

WHAT YOU DO DAILY:

  • Prospect US businesses that need solutions.
  • Qualify and consult — actual business conversation.
  • Close deals — negotiate terms, finalize contracts.
  • Work independently, manage your own pipeline.

EARNINGS & PAY (Clear & Fair):

  • Base Pay: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 / mo
  • Target OTE: PKR 100,000 – 150,000+ with performance
  • Uncapped commissions paid on actual revenue
  • Transparent — no hidden campaign closures.

WORK TIMING:

  • Night shifts aligned to US time zones.
  • Choose one:
  • 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
  • 08:00 PM – 04:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
