Responsibilities

• Plan and assign loads to drivers
• Communicate with brokers and carriers
• Negotiate freight rates
• Track shipment progress and resolve issues
• Ensure US DOT compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of US dispatch experience
• (Freshers with strong English skills are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong verbal and written English communication

• Confident, organized, and detail-oriented
