Distinguished Technical Program Manager, supporting the International eCommerce Tech Platforms at Walmart Global Tech. In this high-impact role, you will drive platform strategy and execution across Walmart’s international markets, including Mexico, Chile, and Canada. Acting as a trusted thought partner, you will shape technology and platform direction, enable scalable solutions, and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and business teams. Success in this role requires deep expertise in software and product development, platform architecture, data strategy, Agile delivery, and translating technical complexity into clear strategic outcomes.

What you'll do:- Partner with the VP of International Tech to define and execute eCommerce platform/product strategy across global markets.

Lead high-impact initiatives spanning platform modernization, AI adoption, developer productivity, systems integration, and legacy system retirement.

Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, execution, and adoption in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Translate business, customer, and market needs into scalable platform / product capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Align cross-functional stakeholders on roadmaps, capacity planning, governance, and performance metrics.

Lead portfolio planning, operating rhythms, and executive communications to drive organizational clarity and accountability.

Accelerate innovation, reduce technical debt, improve platform reliability, and scale solutions that deliver customer and business impact.
What you'll bring:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.

10+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, engineering leadership, or technology operations.

Strong knowledge of software architecture, Agile/SAFe frameworks, enterprise systems, and cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, or AWS).

Proven success in driving large-scale, cross-functional product and engineering programs, ideally in a global, matrixed organization.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to explain complex technical and product issues to executive audiences and influence outcomes.

Experience defining tech and product strategy, roadmap tradeoffs, product requirements, success metrics, and outcome-based prioritization for technical platforms.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
