Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Advanced Analytics leads the development and execution of data-driven strategies to address complex business challenges. This role partners with leadership to define analytics objectives, deliver actionable insights, and guide decision-making across functional areas. Responsible for managing advanced modeling projects, mentoring team members, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, the position ensures the successful implementation of innovative analytics solutions. The manager drives continuous improvement, promotes high performance, and supports organizational goals through effective project management and strategic data analysis.
About the team:
The team focuses on optimizing middle mile inventory flow to enhance network efficiency and improve item availability and delivery speed. By leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven insights, the team supports strategic decision-making and drives continuous improvement. Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional partners is key to developing actionable solutions that advance business objectives. The team leads projects end-to-end, manages risks, and implements innovative data models. It fosters skill development and knowledge sharing to maintain high performance and deliver measurable value across the organization.
What you'll do:- Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key business challenges.

Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.

Manage end-to-end project scopes, including risk assessment and delivery of data-driven solutions.

Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive business value and inform strategic decisions.

Present actionable insights and recommendations to support functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to design consultative analytics solutions and ensure successful implementation.

Oversee data quality, analysis strategies, and validation processes to maintain accuracy and reliability.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
