Position Summary...

Come Join a team the helps drive the success of Walmart’s Generic Rx business by managing supplier relationships and optimizing sourcing strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring cost-effective, reliable access to generic medications for our customers.

What you'll do...

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow relationships with generic Rx manufacturers and our sourcing joint venture, ClarusONE, in London.
• Streamline sourcing processes to reduce cost of goods and ensure supply surety for all generic drugs.
• Execute key company initiatives, including evolving ways of working with ClarusONE and formulary management.
• Identify market and item risks, and develop business metrics for tracking and improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitability and operational excellence in the generic Rx space.

Our team is focused on delivering affordable, high-quality generic medications to Walmart customers. We work closely with global partners and internal stakeholders to develop supplier relationships and achieve company goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in healthcare supply chain, pharmacy operations, or pharmaceutical sourcing, ideally with generic drug markets.
• Demonstrated success negotiating supplier contracts and driving cost reduction or risk mitigation initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating/using AI or data analysis tools to optimize sourcing or identify business trends.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
