Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Cold Calling Expert with a strong background in US-based sales campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-driven, and capable of converting leads into high-value sales opportunities.

This is a high-performance role with significant earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential US clients
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Follow structured sales scripts while adapting to customer responses
• Maintain daily call targets and performance KPIs
• Build rapport and handle objections effectively
• Update CRM with accurate call notes and lead status
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling / telesales
• Prior experience in US-based campaigns (preferred)
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, energetic, and results-oriented personality
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
