The Principal, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end technology solutions. About the team:
The Enterprise People Technology team drives the deployment and adoption of innovative People technology across Walmart’s global operations. Focused on enhancing associate experience and operational efficiency, the team integrates service operations with technology solutions in Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience. As part of Walmart Global Tech’s Enterprise Business Services, the team leads strategic initiatives that support millions of associates worldwide. The Principal Technical Program Manager role within the Associate Lifecycle team plays a key part in advancing product innovation, leveraging data-driven insights, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions that align with business goals and technical excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Certification in Project Management., Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
