Position Summary...

As the Senior Manager – Advanced Analytics within the DC IB Capacity Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding foundational service metrics like the E2E Fill Rate & DC Fill Rate, which are critical benchmarks of DC operational performance. These metrics are instrumental in diagnosing service failures and driving operational excellence, ultimately improving store availability, in-stock performance, and customer satisfaction. Leveraging your expertise in supply chain operations, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, you will turn data into actionable insights and lead efforts to improve decision-making across the organization.

What you'll do...

  • Serve as the business lead for the 4ITB team, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned and executed effectively.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap to expand service metrics across new networks and channels, addressing both current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, establish timelines and milestones, and oversee metric enhancements and launches.
  • Spearhead the design, discovery, and implementation of E2E Fill Rate/DC Fill Rate metric enhancements to meet the evolving demands of diverse supply chain networks and channels.
  • Partner with operations teams and stakeholders to uncover insights into operational processes, nuances, and root causes of service failures.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improving metric accuracy, scope, and operational relevance.

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have

  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Strong exploratory data analysis skills with a proven ability to translate large, complex datasets into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to cross-functional audiences and leadership.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: 4–5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, replenishment, or merchandising, with a deep understanding of key metrics like fill rate.
  • Adaptability in Ambiguity: Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and align teams across functions, balancing competing priorities while driving success.
  • Storytelling Ability: Leverage compelling data narratives to influence decision-making and drive business action.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and modern analytics/AI technologies to support metric development and advanced supply chain analyses.

Supply Chain Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of supply chain flows, replenishment processes, and operational KPIs like on-shelf availability and in-stock performance.
  • Experience working with service metrics such as E2E Fill Rate or DC Fill Rate is a significant advantage.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Strong ability to engage, align, and communicate cross-functionally with business, IT, and operational teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
