(USA) Senior Manager, Automation Engineering

Position Summary...

Join Walmart’s Transportation Engineering team to help drive the future of retail by advancing zero-emissions vehicle (ZEV) technology and supporting our goal of achieving zero emissions by 2040. You’ll use your engineering expertise to research, pilot, and implement sustainable transportation solutions across our fleet.

This onsite position is based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas. A full relocation package can be made available, but we are not considering remote applicants.

Our team is dedicated to supply chain digitization, automation, and sustainability. We work cross-functionally with partners in operations, construction, and energy transformation to integrate innovative technologies and optimize fleet performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. Option 2: 6
years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
