The team operates cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and elevate performance across business segments. Their purpose is to deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer and associate experiences.

What you'll do...

• Lead planning and execution of multiple projects and programs across pharmacy operations

• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize workflows

• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, asset protection, and patient experience

• Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Proven project management experience, ideally in pharmacy or payer program environments

• Strong understanding of operational business planning and process improvement

• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment

• Experience developing and implementing scalable solutions in regulated settings

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
