Normally, we’d promote from within. That’s how we’ve always done it. But we’ve run out of people to promote. So, for the first time in a long time, we’re looking outside for the right person to come in and own our Used Car Department.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the entire used car lifecycle — from acquisition to frontline ready
• Partner with our reconditioning team to ensure speed and quality
• Maximize profitability through smart pricing, sourcing, and merchandising
• Lead your department like it’s your own business within the dealership
• Collaborate with ownership and the sales team to keep growth on track

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
