Used Car Manager

Take control of inventory. Own the recon process. Drive results across three rooftops. Flower Motor Group is hiring a Used Vehicle Manager to lead acquisition and reconditioning for CDJR, Subaru, and Montrose Auto Connection.

This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone who knows used cars, understands risk, and can move fast without making expensive mistakes.

What You’ll Own

  • Buy the inventory: Source and acquire retail-ready used vehicles across multiple channels.
  • Control recon: Manage the entire reconditioning process from acquisition to frontline.
  • Protect gross: Identify issues early and avoid bad buys and unnecessary spend.
  • Make decisions: Retail, CPO, Flower Promise, or wholesale, quickly and correctly.
  • Drive efficiency: Work directly with service to keep recon fast, clean, and controlled.
  • Manage standards: Ensure Manufacturer CPO requirements, Company Flower Promise qualifications, and safety inspections are completed properly

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in used vehicle acquisition or used car management.
  • Strong ability to spot problems quickly and understand true cost.
  • Deep understanding of market pricing, valuation, and inventory strategy.
  • Ability to make fast, confident decisions without second guessing.
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail.

Tools You’ll Use

  • vAuto’s full suite including, Stockwave, ProfitTime GPS & iRecon.
  • Internal recon process built for efficiency and accountability.
  • Training provided, but experience matters.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
