Used Car Sales Executive

First Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our expanding automotive division. Responsibilities

• Greeting customers on the sales floor and determining their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Professionally demonstrating vehicle features and conducting test drives.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Negotiating sale prices and trade-in values to finalise agreements in a clear and transparent manner.
• Managing all sales documentation and coordinating with the finance department to secure approvals.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our used vehicle inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Ensuring the vehicle display area is well-maintained, clean, and attractive to customers.
• Following up with prospective clients and maintaining a customer database.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the used car or automotive industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Must hold a valid Bahraini driving licence.
• Good knowledge of various car makes, models, and their features.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
