Used Vehicle Buyer

Family-owned dealership group in Minnesota looking is for an experienced Used Vehicle Buyer (Dealer Group Level) to lead our Per-Owned teams across our group to even higher performance levels. This is an opportunity for the right leader to earn over $60,000 per year.

What the Job entails:

- Monitor and search auctions for vehicles. (Both virtual and in person)

- Monitor and manage the merchandising of vehicles across specific Penz Automotive Locations.

- Work with Used Car Managers across Penz Automotive locations in planning inventory (Both what vehicles to have on the ground, and inventory level based on projected retail sales volume)

- Provide Penz Automotive leadership with updates on market conditions

- Communicate with Penz Automotive leadership on trade in vehicles on a daily and weekly basis

- All other duties and tasks as assigned

- Must be willing to learn new ways of acquiring vehicles

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated track record of managing inventory at the store or group level

- Expert knowledge regarding acquisition

- Expert knowledge and proven track record in inventory purchasing

- High level knowledge acquisition strategy

- Knowledge of other vehicle acquisition opportunities outside of auctions

- High level of organizational and time management skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of dealership management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Acquisition: 2 years (Preferred)
