User Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist who will leverage insights and data to drive measurable growth and optimize user acquisition strategies.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Explore and evaluate new user acquisition channels, including paid sources, and run structured experiments such as A/B tests, 
  • Develop hypotheses at different stages of the funnel (audience targeting, creatives, user journey) and turn them into actionable growth initiatives,
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team by sharing insights and guiding performance-driven creative strategies,
  • Support the production of creative variations and testing roadmaps to continuously improve campaign effectiveness,
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies,
  • Work with the marketing team to strengthen user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies,
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities,
  • Prepare regular reports that highlight growth opportunities and risks,
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in growth and performance marketing.


What We’re Looking For This Role: 

  • Min. 1 year of experience in growth or marketing within the mobile app ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASO, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics and measurement tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer,Amplitude etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams (marketing artists, designers, content creators)
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to take quick action
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • A true growth mindset — naturally curious, eager to explore new markets and channels, and driven to discover untapped opportunities for growth
