We are looking for a
User Acquisition Specialist
who will leverage insights and data to drive measurable growth and optimize user acquisition strategies.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Explore and evaluate new user acquisition channels, including paid sources, and run structured experiments such as A/B tests,
-
Develop hypotheses at different stages of the funnel (audience targeting, creatives, user journey) and turn them into actionable growth initiatives,

Collaborate closely with the creative team by sharing insights and guiding performance-driven creative strategies,
-
Support the production of creative variations and testing roadmaps to continuously improve campaign effectiveness,
-
Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies,
-
Work with the marketing team to strengthen user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies,
-
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities,
-
Prepare regular reports that highlight growth opportunities and risks,
-
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in growth and performance marketing.
What We’re Looking For This Role:
-
Min. 1 year of experience in growth or marketing within the
mobile app
ecosystem
-
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASO, etc.)
-
Hands-on experience with data analytics and measurement tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer,Amplitude etc.)

Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams (marketing artists, designers, content creators)

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to take quick action

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
