Human Resources Manager

Main Responsibility

1. Recruitment

- Develop recruitment plans and screen candidates with the right skills and cultural background.

- Be familiar with the characteristics of the Turkish labor market, such as the concentration of highly skilled talents in large cities such as Istanbul, and attract talents through localized channels (such as personal recommendations).

- Manage employee entry, regularization, transfer and resignation procedures, and ensure contract signing and file management in accordance with the requirements of Turkish labor laws.

2. Compliance and labor relations management

- Comply with Turkey's strict labor laws, including minimum wage, working hours, social security contributions and paid vacations.

- Handle labor disputes or arbitration to avoid legal risks caused by cultural differences or misunderstandings of regulations.

- Reduce compliance risks of direct employment of multinational companies.

- Need to be familiar with labor inspection policies and regularly update internal systems to respond to the government's enhanced employment compliance inspections.

3. Compensation and performance management

- Design a plan that meets the salary level of the Turkish industry and adjust the incentive mechanism in combination with performance evaluation.

- Regularly analyze salary competitiveness to ensure synchronization with the local market and avoid talent loss.

4. Training and cultural integration

- Organize cross-cultural training to help employees adapt to Turkey's religious customs (such as Islamic culture) and communication methods.

- Promote localized team building activities to enhance employees' sense of belonging, such as planning employee benefits in conjunction with traditional Turkish festivals.

5. Strategic support and data analysis

- Participate in the formulation of human resources strategies to support the rapid expansion needs of business departments in the Turkish market.

- Optimize management strategies through data such as employee satisfaction surveys and turnover rate analysis.


Job skills and tools

- Essential skills: English communication skills, familiarity with local labor laws, cross-cultural sensitivity, and data analysis skills.

- Commonly used tools: local recruitment platforms (such as Kariyer.net, LinkedIn).
