ADASTEC is seeking a talented and highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our growing team in İstanbul. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong operational skills, capable of driving HR initiatives and providing exceptional support to our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of HR strategies and processes aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and development
  • Having active role on all operational processes of full employee lifecycle , from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation, benefits, expatriate management, personnel affairs, and other operational HR tasks
  • Building strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their needs and concerns
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Preparing periodical reports and presentation
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects
  • Actively participating in recruitment programs, job fairs and company events

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities, master’s degree is a plus
  • Open to taking a hands-on role in all operational HR processes
  • Over 3 years of experience in the HR field, with a strong focus on HR Generalist responsibilities
  • Excellent command of English is a must, both written and spoken
  • Having expatriate management experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to work within multiple projects and manage priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Outstanding presentation, communication and facilitation skills
  • Highly organized and results driven with a commitment to quality, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
  • Having no travel restriction
