ADASTEC is seeking a talented and highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our growing team in İstanbul. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong operational skills, capable of driving HR initiatives and providing exceptional support to our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Contributing to the design and implementation of HR strategies and processes aligned with the company’s overall business objectives

Serving as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and development

Having active role on all operational processes of full employee lifecycle
, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation, benefits, expatriate management, personnel affairs, and other operational HR tasks

Building strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their needs and concerns

Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Preparing periodical reports and presentation

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects

Actively participating in recruitment programs, job fairs and company events
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities, master’s degree is a plus

Open to taking a hands-on role in all operational HR processes
-
Over 3 years of experience in the HR field, with a strong focus on HR Generalist responsibilities

Excellent command of English is a must, both written and spoken

Having expatriate management experience is a plus

Proven ability to work within multiple projects and manage priorities simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
