User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX Designer with a minimum of two years of professional experience in user experience design. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end digital experiences that are intuitive, user-centered, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of digital services from discovery and ideation through to launch and post-release optimization

• Design user interfaces that adhere to industry best practices, accessibility standards, and usability principles

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools such as Figma and Maze

• Conduct usability validation and iterate designs based on insights and feedback

• Produce comprehensive design documentation and ensure clear handover to development and product teams

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in UX/UI design

• Strong proficiency in Figma and Maze

• Solid understanding of UX methodologies, user-centered design, and interface design standards

• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
