User Interface Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer with both creative and technical skills to design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will ensure all designs are visually engaging, intuitive, and aligned with brand standards. This role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD , and collaborating with product and development teams to improve usability through ongoing feedback and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify and resolve pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that communicate design intent clearly.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Use analytics and feedback to refine designs and enhance user experience.
• Maintain adherence to accessibility and branding standards.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to apply best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD .
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG) .
• Experience with user research , usability testing , and iterative design.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
