Work shift Timings:
- 9-hour shifts. Shift times will vary in accordance with business need.

Shifts (India time): 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM/ 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (IST)

The team members should be willing to work in a rotating shift.
- Working on USI holidays and oncall during weekends when there is a business requirement.
Specific Responsibilities

Systems administration and management
- Customer liaison; Housekeeping and Documentation
- Managing user lifecycle management

Executing group management; Administering access rights management

Exchange administration; IT security administration and enforcement

Providing the business with best practice advice and support

Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both listening and verbal.

Competent in written communication skills along with presentation skills.

Able to effectively communicate technical issues with technical and non-technical audience.

Required to project a professional image always and show an interest in the external industry.
The Team
The UK Internal Client Services includes teams focusing on Property & Corporate Services, Finance, Partner & Staff Services, Growth, IT Services, Human Resources and Shared Services. The I&AM/PAM is part of the IT Services Team which focuses primarily on user and systems administration and data access management.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Education (degree): Bachelor’s degree/College diploma in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience

2+ years’ experience in Active Directory administration.
- Understand and work on ‘preventing data leakage’ and ‘segregation of access’ through technology
-
Experience of using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or HP Service Desk
- Assist in the development of documentation and operational support.
- Identify specific issues with migration or other directory technologies and have a basic understanding of how they interface

Ability to communicate technical information to less experienced or non-specialist people, both verbally and in writing
Preferred
-
Famililar with PowerShell scripting and able to learn and build as per requirements.
- LDAP query, SQL scripting will be an added advantage

Experience of the core Microsoft packages is essential

Must have good knowledge and experience of Microsoft infrastructure including, Active Directory, Exchange services and Folder Share Security
- Must have very good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft office suite products and Lotus Notes
- Experience in identity management is also required; ACL permissioning and managing large data/folder structures

Contribute to, produce and maintain processes, procedures, operational documentation,

- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Azure fundamentals and Administration

Cloud Security fundamentals

CISMP, COMPTIA S+
