Maintenance Planning & Execution:

Plan, coordinate, and execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment reliability.

Respond to equipment breakdowns and repair failures promptly to minimize downtime.

Perform root cause analysis to identify long-term solutions to recurring maintenance issues.
Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out repairs on a variety of equipment (e.g., Steam Boilers, Thermal Oil Boilers, air compressors, conveyors, Water Pumps , HVAC systems).

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance performed.
Continuous Improvement:

Suggest and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase equipment efficiency.

Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing plant performance and productivity.
Health, Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies during maintenance tasks.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for all maintenance work.

Conduct risk assessments and participate in safety audits as required.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with production, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth equipment operation and minimize production disruption.

Support training and mentoring of junior technicians or newly hired maintenance personnel.
Inventory & Spare Parts Management:

Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and ensure critical spares are available when needed.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement of equipment and parts.

Education And Experience:
Academic and professional qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or a related field.
Experience:

5-7 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing project management or industrial environment.
Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in preventive maintenance and repairs.
Communication:

Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good teamwork and collaboration skills, working closely with production, safety, and other teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple maintenance jobs under pressure.
